Les marches de la Bourse
« En ouvrant avec « Les marches de la Bourse », vendredi soir, le Kunsten s’offrait d’emblée à tous dans la ville, amateurs de culture mais aussi touristes en goguette et Bruxellois cueillis à la sortie du boulot. C’est une foule compacte qui a assisté, médusée, à la performance urbaine d’Anna Rispoli, et à son défilé joyeusement cacophonique de manifestants de tous poils en plein centre-ville, sur la place de la Bourse. C’est un tableau éblouissant, émouvant et formidablement vivant qu’a construit l’artiste italienne en invitant sur les 19 marches de la Bourse toutes sortes de groupes ayant pour seul point commun d’avoir un jour gravit ces escaliers pour y clamer leurs revendications. Le temps d’une soirée, Rispoli transforme les marches de la ville en agora, grouillante de slogans, banderoles et interventions politiques.Une chorale chante contre la fermeture des mines, une bande de doux-dingues (Picnic the streets), armés de visseuses, plante un banc en plein milieu du boulevard pour réclamer plus d’espace pour les piétons et les cyclistes, des porteurs de banderoles entonnent un tonitruant « Free Palestine », d’autres entraînent le public dans un « solidarité avec les sans-papiers » enflammé, tandis que les opposants au TTIP font rugir leur mégaphone. De 1963 à aujourd’hui, c’est toute l’histoire des combats qui ont agité le peuple belge qui se déploie dans une cacophonie joyeuse dans cet espace où, hormis cette parenthèse artistique, toute manifestation est désormais interdite par la Ville de Bruxelles. » Catherine Makereel, le Soir, 9/5/2015
